Red Lentil Soup (a turk recipe)

You can sieve the soup or use a mixer like I did. Slice some lemon, cut a loaf of bread, sprinkle with sumac and salt to taste. Afiyet olsun!

Red Lentil Soup
4 cups water
chicken or beef bouillon
3/4 cups red lentils
1/2 cup
1 egg yolk
teaspoon flour
1 small onion
salt, black pepper to taste
